Shoot in and out Conveyor

The Apollo Shoot in and out Conveyor, also called a Multiple in- and outfeed Conveyor, allows loads to enter and leave the Spiral Conveyors from different floor levels. This is realised by a high speed induction conveyor, that provides controlled spiral entry.

Multiple in and outfeed Spiral Conveyor features:

• • Can be applied to Apollo Spiral Conveyors;
  • Can handle loads up to 50 kg/m;
  • Shoot in speed: 60 m/minute;
  • Shoot out speed: 40 m/minute;
  • Built-in protection;
  • Possibility to use belts and rollers.

How it works

Our Shoot In & Out Conveyor cannot operate on its own, but is meant to be attached to one of our Spiral Conveyors. The machine allows for entry and exit of products on different levels, which can be very convenient for your business. The Shoot In & Out ensures a controlled entry and exit, preventing items from bumping into each other.

This additional Spiral Conveyor option can be adjusted to fit the business and the products that have to be transported. For instance, it is possible to adjust the speed of the Conveyor System in order to achieve a smooth continuous product flow. It is possible to apply either belts or rollers to the conveyors. The Shoot In & Out is built to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to maintain a high throughput.
