Benefits

High throughput

Apollo Spiral Conveyors provide efficient vertical conveying with speeds reaching 60 meters per minute. Designed to handle heavy loads, they support up to 100 kg per meter and can start and stop while fully loaded, managing a total weight of up to 1450 kg.

Intermediate induction

Our Heavy Duty Spirals can be customized to allow loads to enter and exit at various intermediate levels. The system includes specially designed shoot-in and shoot-out conveyors with adjustable surfaces that precisely match the spiral pitch, guaranteeing safe and efficient product transfer.

Modularity

Every Apollo Spiral Conveyor is custom-built and available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Our innovative modular design makes it easy to customize and allows for modifications in the field to meet changing requirements.

Replacing old equipment​

Apollo Spiral Conveyors are often chosen to replace older belt curves, incline, or gravity conveyors due to their low maintenance, compact footprint, and reliable performance. They can fit in tight spaces and, although they are usually delivered fully assembled as standard, their modular design allows for the option of on-site assembly in any challenging installations.

Order picking operations

When it comes to the essence of warehousing, Apollo machines whisks products from packaging to storage or palletizing, saving space and keeping things flowing at up to 60 meters per minute. These versatile movers effortlessly handle different product sizes without any need for adjustments.

Early out efficiency​

Our systems are designed to boost pick module efficiency by routing completed orders directly to the sorter. Commonly ordered SKUs on the lower level can bypass the module via an “early out” conveyor, saving energy and increasing efficiency.
